| Midwest Printer Installs M600 |
| Des Moines, IA – Rock Communications/Colorfx & Graphic Innovators are pleased to announce the addition of an M600 six color, heat-set, full web press. GI provided a turn-key project for the M600 including removal, shipping, re-installation and startup services. It’s rated at speeds up to 50,000 IPH with Folding, sheeting, perfing and inline gluing capabilities. The M600 has the capability to run at 50,000 impressions per hour and has fully automated plate changing and blanket washing features. This is one of several projects Graphic Innovators has recently completed at Rock Communications. |
| Colorado Printer Adds M600 from Graphic Innovators |
| Colorado Printer has recently increased their capacity by installing a 2002 Heidelberg M600 6 Unit Single Web Press from Graphic Innovators. They currently operate 25 M600 Units and they decided to go with Graphic Innovators due to their experience in the used web press market encompassed by Graphic Innovators ability to provide a turn-key project. The 6-unit M600 is equipped with a combination folder, a PFF module and a Vits sheeter, ensuring rapid production with rated speeds of 44,000 IPH. Colorado Printer and Graphic Innovators are pleased to enter full production in Feb 2010. |
| Graphic Innovators Installs our Beiren Press in Mexico |
| GI has recently installed a 5-unit Beiren 3840 web press for Grupo Milenio in Mexico City, Mexico. This shaftless press features a Beiren 3840 Combination Folder, sheeter, and Butler Splicers. The Beiren press significantly improves Grupo Milenio’s presence in their market. GI provided the press for Grupo Milenio and was able to stay within their budget for the entire project by also handling the press installation. GI assisted in removal, loading, and freight, ensuring a quality project from conception to completion. After press start-up, GI also successfully trained the press crews to maximize the remarkable capabilities and speed of our Beiren 3840 web press. | Graphic Innovators Provides Economical Options! |
West Coast US – Graphic Innovators successfully removed and installed an 8-unit Toshiba web offset press. During the course of the installation, GI technicians installed remanufactured unit cylinders and replaced the existing splicer. The splicer required widening, which GI was able to perform in conjunction with the installation, allowing for a splicer upgrade with minimal cost.
Graphic Innovators also installed a Servo drive upgrade, enabling independent press operation between the upper and lower web. By using the customer’s existing equipment, Graphic Innovators was able to complete this project on time and under budget! |

| Graphic Innovators Completes Another Project in South America! |
| South America – Graphic Innovators accomplished a complete press realignment of an existing 8-unit M1000B press. This included a leveling and tramming of the press units and components, as well as the whole line shaft. GI also incorporated a PLC upgrade of the press with the new system wired and programmed to ensure proper operation of the units, folder and other components. While in the process of aligning the press, GI upgraded the CCR and web guides to WPC equipment. The project was a great success and the customer was able to resume operations with a greatly improved and enhanced press! |
